Q: does smoke function working for this product?

BG837638203 Yes, it is smoking. The smoke generator ist very quiet... nice!

Q: Hi, the smoke button (S) not working. I did not hear the smoke system running when press the button. I do have smoke liquid from other tank. please help

BG249445321 Check the manual or the tank to locate the on or off switch of the smoke system.
