If you are going to use fork that has "Post Mount" mounting holes you have to remove the adapter and instead using those black bolts I mentioned above you use those with a lot of washers. Washers are so called tri-align adjusting system that helps a lot mounting the caliper aligned to the disc. For using bigger then 160mm rotors you have to use other adapters (that aluminium piece that has 4 bolts from 2 sides). See More
