Q: why are the battery connectors not included? OK, it does not come with the cells, but we do need the wiring and spring connectors to connect the cells once we purchase them seperately

Q: Where do we get the instruction/user information from - the item does not come with any instructions so it is not clear how we connect the cells, or to where we connect for charging
