I just want to say I have had a drone I ordered that didn't work and I followed the instructions given by Banggood support and had no problems. They concluded the situation amicably. Support has been very fair with me on other order problems too. It is a pain to gather all receipts and do pictures and videos but that is their policy and it's explained. I feel I've always been treated fair.
Reply 24/09/2018tedhancock68 Yes, lately they force you to take video and photos, then ask for more photos of the labels and packaging (which most people would have thrown away), and then they offer a 50% refund or parts, expecting you to fix the item yourself. Banggood has really deteriorated over the past year or so. I’m rapidly shifting to EBay and Amazon.
